Five O Clock Sports Bar replaced the long standing Brother's Pizza that closed their doors in 2004. As you walk in, you will notice many pictures from the good old days; NC State Football, Baseball, and Basketball pictures that go back to the 60's. Five O Clock tried to keep the nostalgic memorabilia,so that when alumni come to Hillsborough Street, those times wouldn't seem far away.
Similar to the decor, the prices remind patrons of that era, when things were cheaper! Next time you come into the NC State University area for a visit, drop by for a taste of Hillsborough Street. The Revitalization of Hillsborough Street, completed in 2010, has given a breath of fresh air to this area. Residents, business owners, and NC State University Officials are working hard to make Hillsborough Street a better place.
