Frazier's Triangle Restaurant Week Dinner Menu 

Frazier's is participating in Triangle Restaurant Week with a Fixed Price Dinner Menu at $30!  Triangle Restaurant Week Begins on January 23rd and last until January 29th! 

Dinner Menu:
Appetizer
Escargot and Potato Dumplings - mushroom ragu, spinach, roasted garlic, fine herbs OR Beet Carpaccio - arugula, bruleed goat cheese, shaved fennel, truffled orange vinaigrette
Entrée
Duck Breast "Cassoulet" - creamy flageolet beans, duck confit, house bacon, parmesan onoins rings OR
Bacon Wrapped Pork Tender - braised cabbage, rutabaga mashed, smoked caraway jus OR Fried Chicken - smoked gouda risotto, spanish chorizo, roasted apples
Dessert: a surprise but sure to delight you
