Chicken and Andouille Sausage Gumbo - rice, fried Okra          
Entree (choose one)Smoked Ham and Brie Sandwich - cherry mustard, arugula
Braised Beef  Shortrib and Potato Gnocchi - carrots, spinach, pan gravy
Dessert:  Chocolate Mousse Pyramid - chocolate ganache, strawberry sauce
