Ask any Italian-American what “gravy” is, and they’ll tell you it’s the pasta sauce their mothers and grandmothers cooked fresh every night. At Gravy, we take the same care, using fresh tomatoes and locally grown herbs to create our signature gravy, the same way it was made in restaurants in Italian neighborhoods decades ago. Chef Tony Fusco, learned how to make this classic sauce in his Italian grandmother's Bronx kitchen when he was just 9-years-old. And today, at Gravy, he brings you a modern spin on some of the classic Italian-American dishes, from papardelle Bolognese to baked ziti.
