Shredded...Think HEAT STRENGTH...This is a must for fat loss and strength endurance! This program is engineered to increase your resting metabolic rate so that you burn more fat AFTER you’re done. It is an hour of strength, speed, and rest intervals designed to increase oxygen uptake and anaerobic capacity. The bonus is that your metabolism is elevated for the remainder of the day, long after the workout ends, so that you continue to burn more calories than you would otherwise. This class is 75% strength and only 25% cardio making it our premier muscle building class utilizing all that HEAT has to offer w/ weights, TRX, Kettlebells, Plyometrics, & some Treadmill work. 

Heat Studios provides the perfect one hour workout by combining cardio interval training with strength conditioning. We offer a variety of classes to hit your goals. Every class is aimed to push you to your limit. This is “next level” fitness training and everyone can do it. There isn't a more effective, efficient, or exciting way to change how you look, feel, or perform. We are proud to be Raleigh’s premier studio to offer RealRyder bikes that simulate a real road bike experience. Indoor Cycling is being revolutionized so that it not only engages cardio and legs but also balance, core,and arms. Every HEAT class combination involves interval training which research has shown is the most efficient way to maximize results. Each class will allow for high, mid, and low levels so that the novice and the elite athlete will all be successfully challenged. HEAT is not membership based but rather you pay only for the classes you take.
