 The HEAT signature class is for anyone, but everyone will be challenged. It is tiered, consisting of high, low, and middle levels of activity. The class alternates between intense intervals on the treadmill in 5, 10, or 15 minute bursts with intervals of strength and resistance training on the floor. The HEAT class is the perfect full body workout for all levels of fitness.

Heat Studios provides the perfect one hour workout by combining cardio interval training with strength conditioning. We offer a variety of classes to hit your goals. Every class is aimed to push you to your limit. This is “next level” fitness training and everyone can do it. There isn't a more effective, efficient, or exciting way to change how you look, feel, or perform. We are proud to be Raleigh’s premier studio to offer RealRyder bikes that simulate a real road bike experience. Indoor Cycling is being revolutionized so that it not only engages cardio and legs but also balance, core,and arms. Every HEAT class combination involves interval training which research has shown is the most efficient way to maximize results. Each class will allow for high, mid, and low levels so that the novice and the elite athlete will all be successfully challenged. HEAT is not membership based but rather you pay only for the classes you take.
