Integrated Body: The Organ System and Yoga -- Heart, Lungs, and Circulatory System
Description
Your organs process nutrients entering and leaving your body and help maintain equilibrium in the chemical and fluid components of your being. At the same time, they can provide dimensionality to your movement, access to your emotional body, and a soft internal support for your skeletal system. Working with your organs helps to establish and maintain healthy patterns of posture and movement.
Each class in this series will highlight a collection of organs, which will be presented anatomically and explored through meditation, touch, movement, and asana. Theses workshops are appropriate for yoga and somatic practitioners at any level of proficiency. Please join us for any or all of the classes!
April 1: Organ Principles; Heart, Lungs, and Circulatory

April 15: Digestive System and the Solar Plexus Organs
April 29: Kidney and Bladder plus Integrated Organ Practice

$120 for all three sessions
