Description
4:00 to 5:00 pm, Tuesdays, September 7 to November 9! Kids benefit from yoga, too! They gain confidence, improve strength and flexibility, and learn relaxation techniques. Most importantly, they begin to understand the power of their breath to help them when they feel sad, mad or scared. Each week of the series we will playfully move through a flow class, including a creative guided meditation, breathing techniques for children, yoga poses and final resting.
